American Song Contest was hosted by Snoop Dogg and Kelly Clarkson and featuring amazing artists singing unique songs representing their home state.
Here’s the sizzle that inspired NBC to greenlight this live event series in prime time.
This wasn’t a contest for amateurs… Michael Bolton represented Connecticut, Macy Gray starred for Ohio, Allen Stone did Washington proud, and Jewel lifted her voice for her home state of Alaska.
And the winner actually was… a K-Pop star from Oklahoma!
